Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the package at your own expense. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s any damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the situation and help resolve it.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without providing an explanation. As with the general policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
