All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, with free worldwide shipping! We aim to dispatch your bag within 1 week — unless it's a pre-order (a little patience goes a long way!).

If you’re considering a return, we’re here to help. Just send us an email at debalibag@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the bag is unused and in its original packaging. Keep in mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
